1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Credential Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Credential Lab is an educational platform providing study materials, practice tests, and progress tracking for professional qualifying examinations. The Service is designed to supplement your study efforts and does not guarantee any specific test outcome.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Billing & Payment

Credential Lab charges a one-time fee for lifetime access. There is no subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring billing. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers. A receipt is emailed at the time of purchase.

Founder pricing eligibility (when applicable) is determined at the moment of checkout based on your account creation date. Pricing tiers and their availability windows are subject to change for new accounts; existing accounts retain access at the price they paid. Founder-tier purchasers will not have their price raised retroactively.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on any purchase of lifetime access. To request a refund, email admin@credentiallab.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. After the 7-day window, all sales are final.

Self-service refunds are also available through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account profile within the 7-day window.

Refunds may be denied in cases of demonstrated abuse, including but not limited to mass-account creation, content scraping, or refund-and-rebuy cycling across multiple accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish any content from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share test questions or answers outside the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, study materials, deep dives, and software — is owned by Credential Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or content corrections you submit to Credential Lab (through the in-app feedback button, email, or any other channel) may be used by Credential Lab to improve the Service without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you. You grant Credential Lab a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Credential Lab is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or any government agency.
• AFOQT® is a registered trademark of the United States Air Force. Use of the AFOQT name on this site is nominative use for the purpose of identifying the test we help prepare you for; no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is claimed or implied.
• Practice questions are original content created for study purposes and are not sourced from actual test materials.
• Use of the Service does not guarantee any particular score or outcome on any qualifying examination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credential Lab's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid Credential Lab in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

In no event shall Credential Lab be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or test outcomes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@credentiallab.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
